Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Packages are shipped via USPS to the continental United States and all international destinations.
Processing Time
Although most orders received before 1:00PM (EST) are processed and shipped the same day, some orders may require up to a 48 hour processing period before shipment. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day.
International Orders
Bagluxe is pleased to offer International shipping to Canada and select International countries! See rates above. To provide safety and security for our online shoppers, all international orders must have the same billing and shipping address. International shipments are not guaranteed and Bagluxe is not responsible for packages that take longer than expected to arrive.
The listed shipping rates do not include additional charges that may be imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs, taxes and duties. Bagluxe has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package.
Military Addresses
We love shipping to our military friends! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. It takes 3-5 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office, and 7-10 days for Standard Mail. From there, the package is under the control of the military mail system. The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed. Order Tracking
If your order’s taking longer than expected or you simply want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at the USPS website; simply enter your tracking number and track your order.
The USPS website may offer limited tracking information that is only updated upon delivery. Status may only show as "Electronic Shipping Info Received" in the meantime. Notes will say "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on (shipment date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if and when available. No further information is available for this item." This is normal and means that the package is currently en route to you and becomes updates once deliver is made.
Lost Shipments
All domestic shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 20 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are returned to us because of a bad address incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be passed along to the customer and are not the responsibility of Bagluxe.com
Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided to us. If your package is lost by the carrier, we'll replace it - FREE.
Every package we send has a USPS delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say that you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness. All replacement orders will be mailed via USPS Priority.
