How to Order
Placing an order with Bagluxe is quick and easy.

  1. Add Items to Your Shopping Bag:
    To shop at Bagluxe, just locate an item you'd like to purchase and click the "Add to Bag" button. These buttons are found on product pages or quick buy pop-ups on the category pages. Clicking this button places the item in your Shopping Bag.
  2. View Shopping Bag:
    Your Shopping Bag displays all the items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of items you'd like to buy, or remove items from your Shopping Bag. It also provides a subtotal -- before any shipping charges and taxes are applied for your purchase. Once you're comfortable with the items in your Shopping Bag, click your desired payment method button to continue.
  3. Login to Your Account:
    You are not required to have an account to make a purchase at Bagluxe.com. However there are several benefits to creating an account. You have the ability to save your billing/shipping information for faster and more convenient future checkout. You also enroll in Luxe Rewards, our free loyalty program; you earn cashback on every purchase which you can redeem for a Bagluxe gift card. If you are a new customer you can either register before your first purchase, or alternatively you will be given the option when you have completed your first order.
  4. Enter Shipping & Billing Information:
    We'll ask you to provide shipping and billing information for the order you are placing with us.
  5. Reviewing and Placing Your Order:
    You're almost done! On the Review page you'll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you'll also have the chance to update any of the shipping or payment information you've entered thus far. When you are ready, click "Pay Now" to complete the ordering process.
  6. Your Order Number:
    Finally, we display a page with your order number, which you can print and save for your records. Shortly after this page displays, you will also receive an email confirming the details of your order.

Phone Orders
Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! We accept orders over the phone. To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-800-418-1780. Before calling, please note the names of the items you wish to order.

Order Receipt/Confirmation
After your order is completed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will contain your order number. This email is your receipt, so please do not delete it. We encourage you to review the email and contact us if you notice any spelling or numerical mistakes.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your email address and phone number in all correspondence.

Modify Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details.

Discounts and Offer Codes
Offer codes may not be combinable with any other offers and apply only to orders placed within the time period that the code is valid. Offer codes and discounts are also not valid on previously placed orders. Refunds for offer codes and discounts will not be made after an order has been placed.

Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to a New York State address. For customers residing outside New York, please be aware that the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet purchases.
