Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have the choice of exchanging it for another item or returning it for a full refund minus shipping charges.

Returns/Exchanges
You must notify us within 30 days of date of shipment of your desire to return merchandise for an exchange or a refund. Please contact customercare@bagluxe.com and make sure to reference your name, order id # from your invoice, reason for return and whether you are requesting an exchange or refund. At this point we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA #) with instructions on how to return or your item(s). Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.

The following terms apply to returns and are subject to change without notice:

  1. Any returns received without a RMA number will be sent back to customer. Returns cannot be processed for packages marked “Returned to Sender”.
  2. Any merchandise returned to us must be in its original condition with tags, boxes and/or packaging – No exchange or refund will be processed if the product shows signs of use.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds for U.S. orders made using the Free Shipping Offer include a mandatory deduction of $6.95.
  4. We suggest using an insured shipping method that can be tracked as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  5. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of shipment or 7 days of RMA# issuance – whichever is longer.

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving your return. Tracking # will be made available to customer once exchange is shipped out. For refunds, Please allow up to 5-7 business days for credit to appear on your statement.
